Model : PE1 (Perlite Expansion Plant)

Capacity: 700 – 1100 kg/h
Definition: Capable of expanding fine grade perlite ores. Expanded perlite produced by this plant is used in gypsum/cementitious plasters, textile industry, lightweight building materials productions, cryogenic uses.
Expanded Perlite Grades: <1,20 mm
Fuel Type: Natural gas, LPG, fuel-oil, diesel.
System Components: Feeding screw conveyer, expansion furnace, burner, blowers, dust keeping unit, cyclone group, Electricity panel

Model : PE2 (Perlite Expansion Plant)

Capacity: 500 – 1100 kg/h
Definition: Capable of expanding all fine and coarse grade perlite ores. Expanded perlite produced by this plant is used in gypsum/cementitious plasters, textile industry, lightweight building materials productions, agriculture/horticulture, cryogenic uses.
Expanded perlite grades : <1,20 mm, <3,00 mm, <5,00 mm, <6,00mm

Model : MPE1 (Mobile Perlite Expansion Plant)

Capacity: 700 – 1100 kg/h
Definition: Mobile expansion system. Can be transported to anywhere with a truck easily. Capable of expanding fine grade perlite ores. Expanded perlite produced by this plant is used to fill cryogenic or similar tank systems, cryogenic uses.

Model : MS1 (Expanded Perlite Milling System)

Capacity: 700 – 1100 kg/h
Definition: Milling sytem used to crush expanded perlite and micronize it. It is integrated to expansion system and works continuously. Outlet crushed expanded perlite is used especially in food, pharmaceutical, vegetable oil or similar industries as filter aid product.
